The Miss England II was a speedboat used by Henry Segrave and Kaye Don in the 1920s and 1930s to compete in world water speed record attempts. The 36 ft long, 10 ft beam boat was built by Saunders-Roe and launched on December 13, 1930. In June 1930, while owned by Lord Wakefield of Hythe, the Miss England II set a world record for motorboats by reaching a speed of 85.7 nautical miles per hour, or 98.76 miles per hour. Wikipedai
