Vintage Circa 1915–1925 US Poster Stamp Streitscuth-Petran Engraving Co. Milwaukee. Routing And Blocking (Please Note That The Area On The Bottom Left Corner Which Looks Like It Is Scuffed Or Damaged Is Not Scuffed Or Damaged. This Is From An Issue With My Scanner Mirror Which I Am Attempting To Fix And I Will Repost The New Scan When Available Thank You.)Unused Previously Glued To Page On Top Of Stamp 80% Original Gum Please Note That A Stain From The Glue Used To Previously Mount The Stamp Shows On The Front (Please Note That Stain, Marks, Creases And Other Imperfections Look Much Darker Because Of The Scan. I Do Not, Ever, Alter Scans!!)This Poster Stamp Was Issued By The Streitscuth-Petran Engraving Company Of Milwaukee To Advertise Its Specialized Services In Routing And Blocking, Likely Referring To The Preparation Of Printing Plates Or Die Work Common In Industrial Engraving Firms Of The Early 20th Century.
