Unused Previously Glued To Page On Top Of Stamp 60% Original Gum This Poster Stamp Promotes Velvet Pencils, A Product Of The American Pencil Company Of New York, Which Was Established In The 19th Century And Became A Major American Manufacturer Of Writing Instruments. The Design Features A Striking Illustration With A Dark Brown Background And A City Skyline Silhouette Below.
