This First Day Cover was mailed from Washington, D.C. to St. Petersburg, Florida in 1936 franked by a block of six of the 1936 one-cent green Navy issue, Scott 790. The block is tied to the envelope by a December 15th handstamp.The backflap is sealed and intact. No contents other than a stiffener. No backstamps.
