Condition:Overall good condition although the covers show some age wear. This copy was owned by a dealer who made good use of this valuable reference. The pages inside are clean and the binding is still good. If I were keeping it, I would probably give the spine a good piece of tape just to make sure. The only reason I am not keeping it is I still have the set I owned & used for years.

This reference book is one of a set of three by Martin Armstrong dealing with the Washington Franklin issues that are "Must Have" for this complicated group of U.S. stamps. If you have this set, along with Paul Schmid's "The Expert's Book", You should be in a good position to make meaningful decisions if to purchase items or to select others to send off for expertization.
Postage is $5.00, will be sent by Insured Media Mail. No International shipments.
a Note on Multiple Orders: First, if you are ordering more than one item - Thank You!
Please use the Hip Cart to make a combined payment. That allows me to make one payment for services rather than one for each order if you paid separately. This helps me in keeping my prices for you lower.
When charges are made for postage & shipping I try to combine to save the customer some expense. I have found that in shipping books that is not always possible as I can't slip two books in for the price of one as is possible with stamps or covers. If you purchase multiple books I will make every effort to cut the cost and provide a cash refund if possible.
