Cover marked postage due and handstamped 'HELD FOR POSTAGE' then sent to Boston, received there MAY 25th. Onward to U.S. Dead Letter Office and forwarded again to the Ottawa Dead Letter Office JUN 6. Milltown receiver on back JUN 7 and 2c postage due neatly tied with Milltown cds on front JUN 23.All that for 2c!Condition Note: Cover open 3 sides, shows colourful linen lining.
