Cachet: Bold blue cartoon illustration showing caricatures of Axis leaders: Mussolini (already dead with “X” eyes), Emperor Hirohito, and Adolf Hitler. They are being skewered together on a giant pitchfork, symbolizing Allied defeat of the Axis powers. Marked RPS at bottom right, identifying the cachet maker. Addressee: Wm.
