WWII Patriotic Anti Mussolini Overrun Nations Greece FDC Washington DC 1943 Cover. Nice tie in with Overrun Nations Greece stamp and Mussolini who needed Hitler to bail him out of his Greece invasion which threw off the Nazi's invasion of Russia by 5 weeks. William Guthrie in his catalog in 1985 for Patriotic Covers of WWII: "The prices shown for each cover are the editor's valuation after buying and selling in excess of 500,000 covers during the past 12 years (written in 1985!) and studying prices asked and realized in dealer price lists and auctions. The demand for these covers has greatly increased during the past couple years (again written in 1985). WWII Patriotic Art is now slowly being accepted as an art form."
