Navigating the New HipStamp
In our mission to provide the best experience for buying and selling stamps online, we’ve been listening to you for ways to improve our platform - and we’ve heard your feedback. With that in mind, we’re happy to walk you through the features of our newly redesigned website that make it faster and easier to use than ever before. Be sure to visit our Help Center for even more detailed information on all these new features.
Your Personalized Homepage
To get the most out of our new homepage, make sure that you sign in by clicking the “Sign In” link in the upper right corner of your screen (or tap the three horizontal lines on the upper left corner of your screen if you’re on a mobile device).
Navigate back to the homepage at any time by clicking the HipStamp logo at the top of the screen to directly access your recent searches, see our recommended listings for you based on your purchases, and quickly reference listings you have recently viewed and searched for, all just by scrolling down the page.
Shop by Category
Directly below the HipStamp logo and search bar in our new header, you can easily shop stamps organized by category. You’ll also now find quick links to Stores and Auction Events on the far right side of the category list. Just click the category you’re interested in to open an additional menu where you can select subcategory, condition, centering, or stamp type. If you’re on a small monitor or mobile device, click and drag horizontally to view all the categories.
Quick Access Menu
Our new menu features key pages from our Members Area, allowing quick access to the tools and essentials you need to buy or sell no matter where you are on HipStamp. Once you’ve signed in, just click the circle with your initials in the upper right corner of the page (or the upper left corner if you’re on a mobile device) to access our new menu of quick links.
When you open the menu, the link highlighted in blue will always mark where you currently are on the website. The first links you see will take you directly to Home, Members Area, Messages, or Feedback. Below those will be links to all the pages you need as a buyer including My Want List, Watching & Favorites, Bids, Offers, and Purchases.
If you have an active seller subscription, you will also see links for Listings, Offers From Buyers, Orders, Store Stats, and Seller Tools. The very bottom of the menu will always offer you quick links to Help and Sign Out.
The HipStamp App
You can access all of our buying and selling tools anytime and anywhere with the new HipStamp app. Install the app on your Apple or Android mobile device by visiting hipstamp.com from the device you wish to install it on and follow the on-screen prompts that will appear automatically depending on what internet browser you’re using. Please note that our app is not yet available for download from app stores, but stay tuned for future updates!
