===> We price our items to sell. On Best Offer lots, bids within 5% of the BIN price have the best chance of being accepted. Bids below 10% of the BIN price are rarely accepted. Please see our quarterly sales if you desire a bigger discount.
===>Payment by Paypal, check, money order or cash. We prefer that you only use Paypal for purchases over $15.
This allows us to keep prices low and list lower cost items.
===> Please wait for our invoice if you have purchased multiple lots. Customers paying for more than one lot with ONE invoice will receive a shipping discount. Customers paying with multiple invoices will not.
===>Please consider the "all in cost" when bidding. Your total cost includes shipping & handling charges. We pack items carefully so they will arrive in the condition described, try our best to accurately represent these costs in our S&H charge and encourage you to bid only if you are comfortable with these charges.
===> We want our buyers to be satisfied with our products and service. Therefore we have a no questions asked return policy. Items returned within 14 days will be afforded a full refund less shipping costs. The items must be returned in the condition received. Obviously if you are unhappy with your purchase in anyway, we want to know why so we can rectify the problem. We believe in good service and, as such, providing a value product to our buyers is job #1. Excellent feedback is VERY important to us.
===>Obtaining a certificate. Notice that a stamp is being submitted for a certificate MUST be made at the time of payment. No refunds will be made after 120 days after the sale date unless extra time is granted. Due to the high cost of obtaining certificates, we will ONLY refund the cost of the stamp for stamps that sell for less than $250 that come back with a negative certificate. Stamps that sell for above $250 will receive a full refund for both the price of the stamp and cost of the certificate, if it should come back not as described. Certificates from either APS, PSE or from the PF are accepted. "Graded" certificates or "encased" items are not accepted. Proof of the inability to express an opinion is not grounds for return.
