Refund Policy: If not as described return item within 14 days and in the same condition as sent. Shipping fees are not refunded.
Will accept only major credit or debit cards Visa, Master Card American Express, PayPal, money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks. All personal checks must be drawn on a US bank. Checks must clear prior to shipping (about 7 to 10 days).
PayPal payments will not be accepted from unconfirmed users. We only ship to your "Confirmed Address". No exceptions.
To qualify for combined shipping, all orders must be a "combined invoice".
Items must be paid for within 7 days of purchase.
We will leave feedback once item is paid and feedback has been left for us. Before leaving negative feedback, contact us so we can solve the problem to our mutual satisfaction.
Certificates:
A notice that a stamp is being submitted for a certificate must be made when payment is made. No refunds will be made after 120 days after the sale date unless extra time is granted. We will only refund the cost of the stamp and not the cost of the certificate for stamps that sell for less than $250 that comes back with a negative certificate. Stamps that sell for above $250 will receive a full refund for both the price of the stamp and cost of the certificate if it should come back not as described.
Stamps that we sell with a valid certificate do NOT qualify for recertification by the buyer.
For United States stamps only generic certificates from the Philatelic Foundation, Professional Stamps Experts, or the American Philatelic Society are acceptable.
Be aware that we do not accept "graded" certificates of stamps that have been "encased" with a certificate.
The inability of a competent authority to express an opinion are not grounds for return.
To our friends who live outside the United States:: if your purchase ends up in your countries customs office it can delay delivery by weeks.
