Shipping information
Shipping shall be performed by the following trackable postal services in order to ensure safe delivery and facilitate tracking by the buyer:
- Domestically in Japan by Letter Pack Plus at the uniform rate of US$4.00 per shipment.
- Overseas from Japan by EMS at the uniform rates per shipment for the following respective zones.
- Asia US$14.00
- Oceania, Europe, Middle East and Americas US$25.00
To minimize the buyer’s shipping cost, multiple number of items purchased can be consolidated into one shipment at the buyer’s request. Tracking number of each and every shipment shall be notified to the buyer forthwith upon the seller’s mailing at the post office via the Hip eCommerce internal mailing system.
