International: First Item $1.85 Additional items @ $0.25, up to 12 ounces. ( Items split into separate packages at 12 ounces. ) MOST envelopes will be Below the Value-Added Tax Threshold, so Customs will not be an issue. In-Country Tariffs are the buyer's responsibility.
