$6.00 for the 1st Sheet and 50c for each additional Large Sheet.

$4.00 for the 1st Sheet and 40c for each additional Small Sheet.

$3.00 for the 1st Large Plate Block and 40c for each additional Plate Block.

$1.85 for the 1st Medium Plate Block and 20c for each additional Medium Plate Block.

$1.65 for the 1st Cover, Card, Paper as listed and 20c each addition item as listed.
