If we don't already have a club for your language or time zone, we'll create a new one! Check out our Facebook page! A modest lifetime membership fee and small meeting fee is charged to cover operating costs. Any annual excess of funds is gifted to the STELLAR Philanthropic Foundation.

STELLAR Philanthropic Foundation provides educational scholarships to Youth graduating High School or GED programs to continue their education at University or College. We accept gifts of unwanted collections of postage stamps of any size and turn them into higher learning around the world!
