Most orders are shipped the next business day. For some larger orders and for a few other circumstances, your order may ship a day or two later.
The Bentley Collection cannot be responsible for orders not received or lost in the mail if shipped via any method that does not include tracking, i.e. USPS First Class Mail and others. All items listed include optional shipping that includes tracking and it at the customer's option to choose such a method of shipping. Consideration will be made on a case-by-case basis for claims of non-receipt for non-tracked shipments.
