Payments: PayPal only in U.S. Dollars. Payment expected within 2 days of the end of sale. If payment is not received within 7 days, the items will be automatically re-listed.
Damaged or Lost Items: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged after mailing. If you are bidding from a country with a history of postal theft you may want to contact me first before you purchase any items. In the recent past I have experienced difficulty with items sent to addresses in Italy, Russia, India, Hong Kong and China (Peoples Republic).
Refunds: Typically speaking, where items are not received I will provide refunds to bidders known to me and, for new customers, on a one-time basis only (i.e. if you purchase again and your item is not received AGAIN I will NOT provide a refund).
NB: I reserve the right to to cancel any future purchases from the bidder and refund the new payment less the PayPal fee.
Item Not as Described?: If you consider that the lot is not as described, you can send it back for full refund (except certification and registration cost) within 30 days of the end of the auction. I try my level best to describe lots accurately and discount from catalogue value accordingly, however I may occasionally miss a flaw in a stamp.
