A full 26 days after I placed an order with this seller the seller had neither shipped the order to me nor responded to the message I sent after 15 days pointing out that Hipstamps' guidance is for sellers to ship each order within 10 days of the order being placed and cautioning that if the seller did not ship within a reasonable furhter period I would request a full refund. AFter 26 days had passed with not notification from the selelr I judged that the time to requets a full refund had been reached and I sent a message to that effect to the seller.
