I ordere a shipment on July 7, 2019 and never received it. Although the purchase history states was sent via USPA there was no tracking number. I left several messages on the HIP site never answered and even went to the sellers website and sent a contact email asking where my stamps were and never heard from seller. I contacted HIP stamp and was told they sent the seller an email and tried to call but to no avail.
