Very disappointing purchase. The stamps were not hinged as advertised, but rather glued with part of the selvage to the display sheet. This caused, in some cases, part of the selvage to remain behind, and in others, part of the display sheet to come off with the stamps. I was also disappointed in the packaging. There was excessive use of tape, and the display sheets were folded so as to render them unsuitable to leave the stamps on (that is, if you knew they were glued there and not hinged. Finally, I was surprised to learn after purchase that the stamps were being sent from India, not Virginia. I will be very cautious dealing with this seller in the future and recommend you do the same.
