I have tried to resolve this. Communication is poor or nonexistent. My miniscule purchase of $1.75 was never received, nor was it ever refunded. The money is a small complaint. The larger issue for me is being ignored. Be careful when purchasing from this seller. If they don't treat you fairly on the small purchases, I can't help but wonder how they would treat a larger purchase. Beware.

This is an awesome seller. Their shipping was super fast, the price was great and the item was properly described. They even sent a few free stamps as a gift for my business. They also have an on line library of stamp collecting resources for their customers. These guys are the real deal.

I’m very unhappy with this seller. I waited two weeks before sending an inquiry about when they were going to send my purchase. They responded quickly saying they had been on vacation and they refunded my purchase price. When I told them I wanted the stamp, they never responded. So I sent another note saying I thought the real reason they didn’t send it was because they didn’t have that many bids and I got the stamp for an excellent price. Furthermore, I also write I intended to make a formal complaint to Hip Stamp. They wrote back, unphased and told me it was Hip Stamps fault I didn’t get the stamp. This vendor has a large presence on Hip Stamp and eBay. Be careful. They are slow, unprofessional, and they don’t deliver.
