All the stamps arrived yesterday in good order and as described. The packaging was excellent and the surprise extra stamps are also great. The booklet arrived in good order but not as described. I returned the booklet to vendor. Too bad vendor did not have the correct item. While I would have liked to receive the 1164c booklet instead of a refund, at least vendor did refund me.
