The most dishonest and greedy seller I have ever dealt with. I originally purchased these plate blocks as part of a larger group in April. The seller supposedly sent them tracked however the USPS never received them.I did receive a refund. In September Momenstamps relisted the same plate blocks individually on Hipstamp and Ebay at higher prices. Mostafa never sent them because he wanted higher prices. I lodged a complaint with Hipstamp but they made no effort to get the seller to honour the original deal and the CEO could not be contacted despite me providing evidence that this dishonest seller has done the same thing to other buyers. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!
