Most of the stamps were excellent. Two of the used stamps that I purchased, I did not receive the stamp in the picture. The seller attributed this to HipStamp error and offered to take them back. I have not had this problem before, but am new to HipStamp. Maybe this is an ongoing issue. The seller was quick to respond. But overall I can't call this a positive feedback because I didn't get the stamps that I ordered, and was told that to do so, I'd need to go to the seller's website.
