Paypal Payments " Need Attention"
Hi all - I have a few payments stating that the incoming payment " needs attention"
Researching this, I note that if I add tracking data it us supposed to remove this
However, When I have supplied a small order and the customer has selected standard post, I am not going to pay for a recorded delivery - it does not make sense - If the customers wants to rip me off for a few pence, then so be it- but any future orders to that client may have to be recorded unless the goods are returned by the postal system.
Nevertheless - is this action an issue, or shouId charge every order for a recorded delivery
To send to USA for example that would cost an extra £5 ( from £2.25 standard to £7.25 recorded ) is that really feasible ?
