 French Made WW-I, Chromo Card, Uniforms,

Russian Army Knight Guard of the Empress

7 X 10 CM

First
they were made blank on reverse like so, about 100-200 (RARE TO FIND), then
salesperson was walking around big and small businesses offering to
place their advertisement on the back.

Pharmacy's,
chocolate shops & companies etc, when print shop got an order the
card were printed again this time with advertisement of a client.This was a way in 1914-1915 introduce people of their Russian allies and make some money as well.

Picture is a part of lot description! Scans of stamp’s back are shown only for high value sets or to indicate gum condition such as mnhog.
